I am a traditional artist, published illustrator, graphic designer, and art educator based in California, USA.
The very first time I picked up a crayon, I knew I wanted to be an artist. Over the years, I’ve been specializing in multiple art mediums, including, but not limited to, colored pencils, ink pens, and watercolors. I am inspired by the beauty of life, whether that be individual people, animals, or nature. My love of color with a special affinity for indigo add fun, whimsy, and vibrance to my art. I hope my Illustrations and designs inspire as well as motivate others to pick up an art tool and create.
My graphic design journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Design at the University of California Davis in 2005. Utilizing my graphic design skills, I have published illustrated books featuring my artwork. In 2017, I began my role as an art educator via the online video-sharing platform YouTube.
I am currently sharing my monthly art challenge journey while contributing to the local art community via geocaching artworks.
In addition to illustration, design, and art education, I also enjoy gardening, reading, and hiking. Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!!
