The Softcover Jottbook is a Leuchtturm 1917 creation. They specialize in sketchbooks, notebooks, and planners. The paper is smooth and works wonderfully for writing or sketching with pencils. They could also be used for organizing, planning, making lists, notes, and other general penciling purposes.

Cons:
- Thin paper
- Not good for pens or paints
- Thin cover
If you plan on doing sketching or colored pencils with these, they are the fun portable books for you.
For pens you'll want to pass and try a sketchbook/ notebook with thicker paper.
